Nearly there!

The team from Gravity have been working their socks off to get us up and running and we are hoping to start the commissioning process next week.  In the meantime here’s a picture of some of the work so far.  The vessels here from left to right are the cold liquor tank, hot liquor tank, kettle and mash tun.  We cannot wait to get going on these little beauties!
