Tom and Chris have been hard at work brewing Seahorse today and the smell from the brew house was delicious.  We cannot wait to test the first pints from this gyle in a few weeks when its ready.  We always insist that once the beer has been racked out from the fermenting vessel into the cask,  it is conditioned in our cask store for another 7 days before we release it for distribution.  This way the beer is in prime condition for your consumption.
